A BOY has died a few days before his seventh birthday after he was badly hurt in a crash on the way to school.
Ethan McCourt spent five days in hospital where his dad Declan is still fighting for life in Co Antrim, Irlanda do Norte.
Heartbroken friends paid tribute to the youngster, from Toomebridge.

“The teachers and just the whole school are in complete shock.
“There was a lot of shock last week but now there’s just an awful sadness over the whole village after this news.
“Everyone here in Bellaghy has, and continues to have, Ethan and his whole family in their prayers.”

Ethan and Declan were both seriously hurt when their car crashed at a roundabout at 7.45am last Monday, Junho 20.
Bellaghy Wolfe Tones Gaelic Athletic Club paid tribute to Ethan.
