BOY George has revealed he was secretly promoting his new song in the I’ m A Celeb camp.
The Culture Club singer became the fourth celebrity to leave when he was given the boot on Tuesday.
los New Wave pioneer was greeted by the sound of his classic hit Karma Chameleon as he stepped into a five-star hotel after becoming I’m A Celeb’s fourth evictee.
He refused to do any TV appearances following his 18 days in camp but he has finally broken his silence on his time in the jungle in an Instagram live video.
Jorge, 61, answered questions from fans on I’m A Celebrity’s official Instagram account and one of them was: “Which of your songs best described your jungle experience?”
George replied: “My new one it’s called You Can Do This I was humming it in the camp and it became my kind of little mantra.”
He then delivered a line from the chorus, agregando: “You can do this, let me help you get through this…”
George also said his biggest craving in the jungle was “libertad” y “not being told what to do” and said he missed coffee more than make-up, agregando: “It was nice not seeing myself for two weeks. It will never happen again.”
Boy George said: “Karma Chameleon they hated. They hated it. They were like, ‘It’s the final nail in our coffin, it’s rubbish’ and I had to fight to get it onto the record. I had to say, ‘If you don’t put it on the record, I’m leaving the band.’”

The star revealed he threatened to walk out on the band that propelled him to fame multiple times, agregando: “I did that every week though.
“I was the queen ‘stormer outer’. Every time I didn’t get my way I was like, ‘I’m leaving!’”
The singer also discussed how his family reacted to his androgynous fashion choices when he was younger.
He told his fellow jungle stars: “My mum would say [to my dad], ‘Look at what’s he’s wearing’ and my dad used to get his paper [and drop it down to look] and go, ‘If he wants to get beat up let him go out’ and that was it you know?"
