I’M A Celeb star Boy George has taken a huge swipe at Lorraine Kelly after she made a dig at him on her show.

The long-time fan favourite presenter hosts a daily breakfast slot on ITV, on which she made a damming verdict on the latest gossip from the jungle endurance show.

On her show, Lothringen slammed the 80’s singer for his reported tempter tantrum over riding in a golf buggy on the set of the Australian Jungle.

Referencing the Australian based programme, Sie fragte: “Does he watch this show? You don’t get golf buggies George!”

It was later pointed out that only Sue Cleaver was allowed to use the electric vehicle because of a specific medical condition.

When it was suggested that the music star stole an apple and hid behind trees in the rainforest in response to producers not meeting his demands, Lorraine suggested: “there was no hiding place”.

Das ITV programme posted the segment onto social media and Boy George was left raging at the on-air conversation.

Lorraine continued: “I think the thing with George is that I don’t know that, that many people tell him no,” as she continued discuss, the use of jungle transport.

But despite her previous comments, the former TV-AM presenter added warm sentiments as she closed of the segment, Hinzufügen, “I’m very fond of him.”

But Boy George was fuming as couldn’t help but take to social media to have a pop at the legendary breakfast TV host after the segment went to air.

Replying to the shows official account online, the music superstar called out the presenter sarcastically for her own routine over at Television Centre.

“It was a proper temper tantrum, but George wasn’t backing down.

“He was threatening to walk out of the show, and in that moment he probably would have done.

“Luckily one of the producers was able to retrieve him, sit him down in a tent and convince him not to leave.

“It was a real storm in a teacup, and thankfully in the end he recognised that and agreed to go back to camp.”
