Puoi avere due biglietti per il parcheggio in un giorno??
Many people may have wondered if you can legally receive two parking tickets in the same day – and the answer is yes.
You can in fact be issued with two parking fines in one day – and you can even get them in the same location.
The general rule is that you can receive a penalty charge notice for the same violation every three hours – so if you’re parked in a prohibited area for a long duration of time, you can easily come back to two or three tickets.
If you do rack up multiple tickets, don’t panic – just make sure to check the times they are issued.
If there is less than three hours between two tickets, you can dispute them and have the second one dismissed.

The Council will request the registered keeper’s details from the DVLA and serve a Notice to Owner on that person.
This is a legal document and the purpose of it is to let the registered keeper of the vehicle know that a PCN is outstanding.
If no payment or formal representation is received in response to the Notice to Owner in the time allowed – a Charge Certificate may be sent to the registered keeper.
This will increase the amount of penalty charge by a further 50%.
