PADDY and Christine McGuinness look glum in their first picture together in two months amid claims of marriage troubles.

Christine, 34, appeared to rub her eyes as the couple, who recently took separate holidays, sat silently in their Mercedes G Class Wagon.

It comes after we told how Christine was hurt by Paddy’s failure to publicly back her appearance on ITV show Os jogos and he was said to have removed a heart tattoo tribute to her.

Top Gear host Paddy, 48, and his missus were snapped in Macclesfield, Cheshire, on Friday lunchtime.

An onlooker said: “They looked miserable and at one point Christine rubbed her eyes.

“They were peering out of the windows in different directions and their body language made it clear they were very distant.

“Both looked as if they had the weight of the world on their shoulders.”

No final do dia, an Instagram message by Christine read: “I feel like I’m in season 5 of my life and the writers are just making ridiculous s**t happen to keep it interesting.”

Last month Paddy took a ten-day break in Portugal with pals.

When he got back, Christine flew to Croatia for five days with girlfriends.

Among them was ex-footballer Chelcee Grimes, 30, who Christine called her BFF (best friend forever).

They got close on The Games, a 12-celeb sporting spectacular.

Each posted poolside snaps. In an interview, she called the break “life-changing” but said she had missed her and Paddy’s three kids terribly.

When Christine returned home Paddy left for London to film BBC show A Question of Sport.

Last week he appeared to have removed a heart tattoo tribute to Christine from his wedding finger.

It was unclear if the snaps had been flipped due to a phone camera mirror mode.

The Sun on Sunday approached agents for Paddy and Christine for comment.
