CORONATION Street fans are convinced they’ve finally figured out how Faye Windass and Emma Brooker will be rumbled.
As viewers of the ITV soap know, the girls accidentally knocked over a man called Ted while Emma was giving Faye a driving lesson.
Despite the initial panic, he said that he didn’t need to go to hospital and seemed more worried about the biscuits in his bag.
When they returned to his flat to check up on him after the collision, the pair found him dead in his armchair.
Faye’s boyfriend PC Craig Tinker later explained the process that the police go through to find clues in his flat that can help them solve his death.
Faye started to panic when she remembered that her nail had fallen down the drain when she was making Ted a cup of tea after the crash.
The copper recently hurt his ankle and Emma gave Craig Ted’s crutch to help him walk.
But last night the girls started to squirm when the policeman started to ask questions about where she had got it from.

“Our Craig is a supercop, professional bread baker and a crutches expert! Is there anything that our Craig can’t do/doesn’t know,” a fourth questioned.
In the second instalment of the soap Craig took the crutch to the police forensic team to find out who owned it.
Could he be onto something?
Meanwhile others were disgusted after Bernie Winter makes horrifying decision over Joseph Brown’s disappearance.
The cafe worker discovered that the schoolboy going missing wasn’t an accident this week.
There was a £32,000 cash prize that was raised by the residents of Coronation Street for anyone who found the youngster.

He bribed the boy into saying he found him so he could collect the cash.
