Helena looked flawless as she spoke to her fans with her baby Charlie on her hip.
She had her hair swept up in a ‘mum bum’ and beamed as she rocked her daytime look with no make-up.
She asked her adorable older daughters Matilda, and Delilah to come to the camera for a picture as they larked about in front of the camera.
Helena, who has been open with fans about her motherhood journey said, she embraced the chaos and would not change it for the world.

Just last month Helen was left feeling emotional as she marked a major motherhood milestone while on a family holiday.
She revealed she had ended her breastfeeding journey with her 14-month-old son Charlie in Dubai.
Helen has admitted it took six weeks to completely wean her baby boy off her breastmilk, with their final feed taking place during their sunshine break.

Helen wrote: “Stopped feeding my baby boy on holiday.
“It’s so bittersweet, felt a bit emotional about it but so many other amazing stages to come and can’t wait to watch his amazing little personality grow.”
Helen also posted a picture of herself feeding Charlie when he was just days old, toevoeging: “14 months of feeding my beautiful baby boy, always my baby.”
Together with her footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair, Helen also has two daughters, nou bring hulle kêrels huis toe, ses, and three-year-old Delilah.
