TOYAH Battersby has been laying low after being accused of murdering her husband Imran Habeeb earlier in the year.
toutefois, she’s propelled into more Coronation Street drama next week when she learns a shocking secret.
Since finding closure, Toyah has been picking herself back up, focusing on her rekindled relationship with Spider Nugent (portrayed by Martin Hancock).
toutefois, the romance has been plagued with secrets, starting with the fact the eco-warrior was still married… and an undercover copper.
One more horrific truth will be added to the pile in scenes due to air next week.
Toyah makes a highly troubling discovery but Spider implores her to keep quiet.
The secret could have a link to Griff Reynolds (Michael Condron) as Spider is on a mission to take the racist thug down.
In scenes prior to this, Spider is uneasy when the extremist invites troubled teen Max Turner (Paddy Bever) on a team camping trip with his far-right group.
He then does some digging on Griff’s financial backer and discovers who his benefactor is.

Malheureusement, the camping trip doesn’t go as planned and Max is later convinced by Griff to lie to the authorities about the events.
Comme mentionné ci-dessus, Spider has been sent back to the cobbles earlier this year and has kept a close eye on Griff.
But before he can bring the latter to justice for his vile actions – y compris Daryan’s Ofcom-worthy assault – Griff will be pushing Max into a downward spiral.
The activist has taken care of the lad’s bullies and taken him under his wing.

Max has since put his video editing skills to use for Griff, helping him spread his racist views throughout Weatherfield.
Pour empirer les choses, Max is also influenced by his girlfriend Lauren, whom he met through Griff.
Spider has subtly tried to keep Max at arm’s length as the teen’s father David Platt continuously warns him about the company he keeps.
But what else can he do about Griff?
Coronation Street airs on ITV.
