EMMA Bunton has shared a clip of her secret role in EastEnders before her Spice Girl fame.
She landed parts in EastEnders and The Bill in the early nineties, joining the Spice Girls in 1993.
Baby Spice featured briefly in the hit soap as a mugger after she auditioned, but was recjected, for the role of Bianca Jackson.
In the short clip her character, along with a pal, set upon Jules in an alley way after moaning they were skint.
But the Walford pensioner fought back and restrained Emma while her friend ran away.
Taking to Instagram tonight, the pop sar, 46, marked her soap anniversary in a nostalgic post and said: “30 years since my most iconic role on @bbceastenders ?? #eastenders #throwback”
One shocked fan replied: “Who Would’ve thought you’d become the biggest pop star in the whole world? #babyspice”
Despite her legendary nickname of Baby, Emma was born in January 1976.
She grew up in North London, Finchley in a Catholic household alongside a younger brother PJ.
When she turned eleven her milkman father and her karate teacher mother split.
