TENSION arises in the village as the fate of The Woolpack hangs by a thread.
During an auction, an explosive fight for the pub‘s ownership, Cain Dingle is ready to set things straight while Kim Tate appears adamant on outbidding him.
After being set ablaze by a desperate Al Chapman, The Woolpack is being sold to a new owner, much to the Dingles’ despair.
For weeks, the businessman was determined to get his hands on the inn, in the hopes of converting it into a block a luxury flats.
In order to support his project, he asked for the help of loan shark Gavin.

Ravaged by a fire, The Woolpack was at the centre of all problems for Chas and Marlon who, upon finding out their insurance claim was void, were ready to sell its ownership over to Al.
The latter was eventually outsmarted by Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Cain who stole his phone and turned Gavin against him once and for all.
The Woolpack has since been put up for auction and a freshly disowned Cain (Jeff Hordley) is ready to become the highest bidder at the Auction House.
In an upcoming episode of Emmerdale, due to air next week, Cain repeatedly shoots his hand up to bid.
Following Chas’ (Lucy Pargeter) decision to ostracise him, Moira is relieved when Cain is outbid by an online bidder.
But when the pub is sold to a mystery online bidder, Marlon (Mark Charnock) and Chas are desperate to know who the new owner of the Woolpack is.
Faith is unable to get the name from the auctioneer but is soon informed that the buyer is interested in meeting Marlon and Chas.
Intussen, Kim (Claire King) heads to the auction, dressed to the nines and apologetic when it is revealed that she missed out on Dawn Taylor’s (Olivia Bromley) hen do.
