AN ex-police and prison officer has appeared in court accused of a string of criminal offences after she allegedly had an “intimate relationship” with a jailed murderer.
Stephanie Heaps, 30, is said to have passed on “sensitive 警察 そして 刑務所 intelligence and tactics” to Leon Ramsden during their relationship.
She also allegedly overlooked criminality in HMP Wymott, Lancs.
Heaps, of Runcorn, チェシャー, appeared at マンチェスター そして ランカシャーのダーウェンとのブラックバーンは、Covidの症例の割合が引き続き最も高い magistrates’ court on charges including misconduct in public office.
All offences are said to have taken place between March 2018 と7月 2020 when she served as a prison officer and then as a cop with Greater Manchester Police.
Co-accused Ramsden, 33, jailed for life in 2015, and five other defendants face a raft of charges.
