Holly and Phillip Schofield, 60, were joined by Alice as they discussed plant-based alternative milks.

Celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman shared her thoughts about the conversation between the telly stars.

Ek praat eksklusief met The Sun, Inbaal said: “Look at the way Alice moves and talksshe uses broad, sweeping gestures with her arms, she points with her fingers and stands at her full height, shoulders pulled back, representing the full personality of someone who is unabashedly themselves.

She doesn’t try and pretend to be anything she’s not, what you see is what you get.

As she talks, her eyebrows do a lot of the communicating for her, which shows she’s earnest, honest and passionate.

Her voice is powerful and authentic.

Her bluntness isn’t a personality flaw, it’s just rare to see this amount of authenticity on TV.

Combined with her poker-faced little jokes, Alice speaks her truth, and her honesty may rub some people up the wrong way.

The expert then went on to analyse Holly.

“Holly, in contrast, is a very gentle person,” Inbaal told us.

She uses smaller gestures when she moves her arms and full body, which shows that she really likes to let other people have their space, and she tries to not be an overpowering person.

She clasps her hands at times, which tells us that she’s prone to anxiety, and overthinks things.

When Alice says to her ‘you’re older than I thought’, Holly leans right into the back of the studio as she laughs a gentle giggle, her body trying to disappear out of a potentially confrontational situation.

She doesn’t clap back. In werklikheid, when Alice says ‘pretend you’re in the jungle’, Holly rolls her eyesshe prefers to respond in a quiet, non-confrontational way to Alice’s booming authenticity.

During the segment, Holly and Phillip tried a selection of milksoat, soya, pea and almond.

At one point Alice said: “Phil you’re probably the same generation as me that had the little bottles of milk at school.”

Holly confessed that she also had milk bottles at school.

“Did you have the little bottles, O, well you’re older than I thought,” Alice replied.

Holly has been a presenter on This Morning since 2009, after replacing Ferne Britton.

Alice joined the team in 2014.
