Ghislaine told me to strip & let men grope my breasts in sick game, says pal

GHISLAINE Maxwell coerced women at a party to take their tops off and let men grope their breasts, a former acquaintance has claimed.

Female guests were told to take off their tops and bras while the men, wearing blindfolds, would then fondle them.

The bizarre party game took place at Maxwell‘s childhood home of Headington Hall in the early 1980s, when she had already established herself as a fixture on the socialite scene.

Nicola Glucksmann described how she was left feeling “betrayed” as she recalled the encounter in upcoming Channel 4 documentary Ghislaine Maxwell: Making of a Monster.

She was appalled at how Maxwell would try to serve up fellow women to the attending men and promptly left before she could be pressured into participating.

It comes as the 60-year-old socialite has now been jailed for 20 years for her role in grooming young girls for paedo multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein.

Nicola’s first impression of the young Maxwell was of someone who was “very beautiful, charming, entertaining, but slightly manic”.

She was invited to the party at Headington Hall in Oxfordshire as a plus one.

Maxwell seemed to be “scanning the room” throughout dinner as if looking for something.

Suddenly, she announced that it was “time for games,” and left the room, reemerging in a moment holding several scarves.

Maxwell “explained that she was going to give each of the men a blindfold and they were to blindfold themselves,” Nicola said.

“Then the women were to take off their tops and bras and present their breasts to the men, and then the men would feel the breasts and make an attempt to match the breast by weight and cup size to the woman who was attached to the breasts.”

Maxwell acted as if there was nothing unusual about suggesting such an after-dinner activity.

“It was all bundled up as fun, Ghislaine was very relaxed about it,” Nicola added.

“I excluded myself and said I was tired and left, as did my friend, but I was very struck by how awful that idea was.”

She said Maxwell made it very hard for the other women to take part, and she feared being labelled a “killjoy” or “no fun” for not joining in.

“If a man suggested it, I don’t think the women would have done it.”

She added that the experience left her wondering “what was going on with” Maxwell.

It “seemed to betray a very odd attitude to herself as a woman and to the men around her”.

Journalist and Times Radio presenter Mariella Frostrup, who also met Maxwell in the 1980s, described her as “this really sparkly-eyed, very interesting, fun woman who seemed to be the life and soul of the party”.

She moved in a circle of people who were “either rich or titled, or both”.

Mariella remembers on one occasion attending a dinner with both Maxwell and Prince Charles.

“It was still a pretty sexist era,” she said. “There were women who would respond very differently to men than to their own sex.

“[Maxwell] wasn’t like that… she was one of the boys, in a way.”

It appears Maxwell’s ability to manipulate people and her obsession with sex were obvious as far back as her university days.

Former pal Patrick Newman who met Maxwell at Oxford recalls one time at a student party when he “was trying to chat up this very beautiful girl, and Ghislaine was very like a sort of puppeteer”.

Maxwell directed him with what to say in a “Femme fatale-ish way,” he added.

“She knew what to say.”

Maxwell was also known for brazenly propositioning men she had just met, sometimes when their partners were just metres away.

American writer Jesse Kornbluth recalled one time he was propositioned by Maxwell at a party in 1992 hosted by Joan Rivers.

After talking for just three minutes, Jesse says Maxwell told him: “If you lose 10 pounds, I’ll f*** you.”

His wife was just four feet away at the time.

“She knew how to work a room of guys,” Jesse added. “If it didn’t work with me, it would work on someone else. Right?

“I was just a notch on her belt.”

Another former acquaintance, Ira Rosen, met Ghislaine at a party at The Four Seasons Restaurant in New York some time in the 2010s.

He explained: “At the end of the night, the party’s breaking up and she asked me, can you give me a lift home?

“I drove her home and dropped her off in front of her townhouse. And then she made this astonishing offer.

“She says to me, ‘if you come in and f*** me, I will tell you the secrets of my father.”

Ira said he was left “speechless” by her offer, and came up with a “lame excuse” about having to go home and walk his dog.

He added that there had been no signs of her flirting with him throughout the night.

“It was like a switch,” he said.
