L'antico proverbio dice Instagram, il straight-talking Italian posted a snap of himself to his devoted 1.5million followers – and they were soon left double-taking.

Mentre posed on his Harley Davidson motorbike, Gino smiled for the camera wearing a muscle fit T-shirt and a pair of aviators.

Alongside the post, the 45-year-old likened himself to none other than music mogul, Simon Cowell.

Tagging Simon in the post, Gino penned: “Question! Simon Cowell, are you sure you and I aren’t related somehow?”

Gino’s followers soon flooded the comments section, with multiple famous faces having their saying on the likeness.

He posted two images of himself and Mia, one of them candidly laughing at one another, as well as another snap of him giving her a peck on the lips.

Gino addressed the comments he had received, referring to those who left them as “haters”, telling them to “get a life”.
