UNE “HEADLESS” body found in a seaside resort has today been revealed as a woman who vanished from London two weeks ago.
Mee Kuen Chong, 67, was reported missing from her home in Wembley on June 11.
But police today confirmed her body has been found 220 miles away in popular holiday resort Salcombe in Devon.
Detective Superintendent Ben Dee said her death is being treated as “unexplained” and confirmed police are keeping an “open mind”.

Mee – known to loved ones as Deborah – had disappeared from Wembley on June 11 with cops appealing for information four days later.
Police said at the time: “Police need your help to locate MEE (DEBORAH) CHONG who has been reported #missing from her home address in #Wembley. If seen please call 101 ref 21MIS016922.”
But tragically her body was discovered in woodland on Sunday by a member of the public.
A police source told DevonLive the body was found without a head.
The woods where the body was found are popular with dog walkers.
Tourists said a heavy police presence had been in the area since Sunday afternoon.
One holidaymaker said: “The police have been all over Cliff Road and around woods.”

Cops are still investigating and have asked anyone with information to come forward.
DS Deer said: “We are looking to understand her movements between June 10 and June 27 when she was found.
“We would appeal for witnesses and we would look for anyone to come forward with information quoting crime reference number 700 on June 27th by ringing 101 or contacting us on Crimestoppers.”
