女人, who asked not to be named, said she “heard a crash” and her neighbour “yelled at me to come outside as he said there’s a girl that’s been knocked over”, the Mirror reports.
“One of them got knocked over and was being worked on outside mine,“ 她说.
“I gave them both my dressing gowns to keep them warm as they didn’t have any parents in the area and I just wanted to look after them since they couldn’t.

另一个证人, who also didn’t wish to be named, said of the girl: “I could tell she was in a bad way because when I went over I couldn’t feel any pulse and a police officer later arrived and took over the CPR.”
