A MUM has told of her “incubo” stay at a Pontins hotel with ant nests and broken lights.
Zayna Michelle, posted a shocking clip on TikTok on Friday, which quickly raked-up over 332,000 views on the app.
In the footage, Zayna takes viewers on a tour around her accommodation and claims it is “the worst place” she has ever been.
The mum even adds that the family “left early”.
In the video posted by Zayna, it begins with a quick zoom in on Pontins Southport’s entry sign, che recita: “Welcome. The fun starts here.
“We have almost everything for the perfect holiday.”

Immediately, the video zooms in on the corner of the bedroom where it appears to show a large ant’s nest.
Zayna then questions the cover which has been installed within their room’s ceiling.
And then points out a flashing – apparently faulty – light outside their door which she refers to as a ‘rave light’.
Zayna then continues her tour around the site – pointing out several areas she has found disappointing.
Finalmente, lei aggiunge: “Let’s get the **** out of here.”
In precedenza, Pontins Southport was told to “invest or get out” following a series of family holidays cut short while staying at the resort.
In August last year, Southport MP Damien Moore asked Britannia Hotels – who own Pontins Southport – to invest in their sites “or make way for businesses which will.”
There are over 900 comments in response to Zayna’s video. Pontins Southport is owned by Britannia Hotels.
