I’M A Celeb contestants know no matter how many stars they bag they’re likely to leave the jungle lighter than when they went in.

But many in the Class of 2022 slimmed down dramatically even before going on the show.

Here we take a look at some of the transformations, how they happened – and what the stars look like after leaving the jungle.

Boy George

It can fail to escaped anyone woken by his early-morning chanting that Boy George is all about spirituality.

But he’s also become much more healthy in recent years, going from a reported 19 stone at his heaviest to six stone lighter.

As we know from the Ich bin ein Promi trials – he was pelted with rotten veg rather than meat – George is a vegetarian.

And the star, 61, once explained he keeps a five-hour gap between meals, Hinzufügen: “I cook everything myself and I don’t buy anything that’s in a packet.”
