A MUM-of-nine has revealed how she made a mini bathroom for her toddler so he could learn how to be independent.
TikTok user @layerkakes showed how they added a mini working sink and a potty shaped like a toilet.
Lei uploaded a video with the caption: “Making my toddler his own corner in our bathroom.”
The mum showed how they first mopped the floor and then added a mini rug to her son’s special area.
They then added the toilet-shaped potty and a rail for his toothbrush, toothpaste and hair brush.
The couple then installed a mini sink that actually works and explained it also “separates from the dirty water.”
Clearly excited to explore his new area, the little boy can be seen trying the tap, brushing his own hair and even putting a dirty towel in the tiny laundry bin there too.
The mum added that he “loves it”.
Many parents were impressed with the idea, con un detto: “Why are some people on level 1000 of parenting and I feel like I’m stuck on the boss fight at level 5?"
Un altro ha aggiunto: “This is awesome. This child has an opportunity to grow up independent and with good values. great job.”
A third joked: “I’m scared for that carpet under the toilet lol.”
