PRESENTER Richie Anderson has been confirmed as one of the stars taking part in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Fans will know Richie for his work on Zoe Ball‘s Radio 2 breakfast show and he regularly rubs shoulders with the A-list off air.
Snaps uploaded to Richie’s Instagram show him hanging out with Spice Girls Mel B y emma bunton, Steps singer Claire Richards and The Saturdays stars Mollie King and Frankie Bridge.
Away from work he is in a nine-year relationship with boyfriend Dean and he recently shared a series of photos to mark their time together so far.
Richie wrote: “Nine years of adventures, memories and daftness. Never change, because you are the funniest and kindest human I know.”
They sometimes share glimpses of their home on social media, showing off their simple but stylish grey and white theme.
Decorating the walls in their hallway are a series of European city prints and photos of the couple together.
Richie may be an up-and-coming presenter these days but he used to have a very different job.
He is a former Sunday League footballer who played for Coombs Wood F.C.
En 2018, Richie came out as gay to his teammates after playing a game of football.

It was part of a film for The One Show, highlighting the pressures of homophobia in the sport.
Confirming that he will be taking part in Strictly, él dijo: “I don’t know anything at the moment, but I can confirm that I will be doing the all male partnership, which is just so amazing.”
The Sun exclusively revealed back in June 2022 que Richie would be taking part in Strictly.
A TV insider said at the time: “As an out-and-proud gay man, Richie would help make it a diverse line-up — and would obviously have the option of dancing with a male pro.
“Strictly are keen to keep the same-sex partnership as a regular feature on the show and Richie might just help them with that.
“They also like less well-known stars to be in the mix, as they like celebrity contestants to go on a journey from underdog to top dog.
