Jack Grealish alimente les spéculations de Man City alors qu'il "supprime le tweet de Man Utd"

JACK GREALISH has fuelled speculation that he is about to join Manchester Cityby deleting an old tweet about Man United.

It is well known that the attacking midfielder is a Villa fan through and through, having grown up supporting the team he now captains.

But eagle-eyed observers online noticed that he once tweeted about Uni de retour 2012.

Le Angleterre Star, 16 à l'époque, a écrit: “Love listening to Drake while going sleep. Off to sleep for a bit then up for the United game tonight #RedDevils!!”

A City fan found it and replied: “Delete.

And to his amazement, within half an hour Grealish, or at least a member of his media team, a fait.

The 25-year-old is widely tipped to sign for City in the coming days, after the Premier League champions had an extraordinary bid of £100million accepted.

If completed, Grealish would overtake £89m star Paul Pogba as the most expensive Premier League signing ever.

Further adding fuel to the fire is the fact that Grealish’s brother Kevan, who has rubbished potential transfers in the past, has deleted his Twitter account altogether.

The Villa skipper has also been omitted from the Midlandersaway kit launchhaving featured prominently in the release of their new home strip.

As it happened, Grealish would have awoken to a Man United win that evening in 2012.

The match in question was a 2-0 Europa League victory over Ajax, in which goals from Javier Hernandez and current Villa team-mate Ashley Young earned Sir Alex Ferguson’s side victory.
