KATE Winslet was left traumatised by filming Titanic, according to its director James Cameron.
La actriz, ahora 47, became a global star thanks to the 1997 epic.
But Cameron, who is working with her again on his Avatar continuación, dicho: “I think Kate came out of Titanic a bit traumatised by the scale of the production and her responsibility within it.”
Sin embargo, two decades on, they were eager to work together again on The Way Of Water.
Cameron, 68, bromeó: “She’s very large and in charge on set. You’d swear she was producing.”
The director also compared Avatar to the Terminator franchise.
Él dijo: “It’s simple. Si Terminator 1 había fracasado, there wouldn’t have been a Terminator 2.
“It’s possible, maybe even probable, that in our post-Covid streaming marketplace we won’t be able to achieve the levels that make (four more Avatar movies) a sound business proposition.”
