KHLOE Kardashian got a non-surgical procedure from her family surgeon amid Tristan Thompson’s love child scandal.

The KUWTK alum, 37, talked about wanting her body to look “high and tight” in a video with plastic surgeon, Dr Ashkan Ghavami.

Khloe wore a black skintight bodysuit and leggings and swept her blond hair up into a tousled topknot as she sat in Ashkan’s office.

As they talked about the benefits of wearing tight leggings, Khloe said: “They suck you in and they hold you tight and they still show off your silhouette which all girls love to do.

“But we want to be high and tight with our leggings on.”

Ashkan then told fans, “We’re going to do some non-surgical stuff on Khloe, essentially painless,” without revealing exactly what the procedures would be.

The mother-of-one replied smiling: “ek is mal daaroor. I love a good non-surgical procedure.”

She later posed for a pouting selfie with the surgeon, onderskrif dit: ” Who doesn’t love tighter skin.”

Khloe has been putting on a brave face on social media in the weeks since Tristan – who she shares daughter True, drie, met – admitted to fathering a son with mistress Maralee Nichols.

A TikTok user filmed the athlete chatting to a brunette – who sat on his lap at a crowded venue – and claimed it was filmed last weekend.

Tristan is also a father to five-year-old son, Prins, with his ex Jordan Craig, with whom he currently pays child support.
