LEICESTER snapped up winger Ademola Lookman on deadline day in a case of one-in, one-out on the Foxes’ flanks.
The former England youth international has arrived from RB Leipzig on an initial loan deal, subject to Premier League approval.
Reports suggest 莱斯特 have the option to make his stay a permanent one at the end of the season, following his second loan spell in England.
Lookman, 23, broke out at Charlton before spells with Everton and Leipzig.
But most of his 22 Bundesliga appearances came off the bench and he spent last season with Fulham, where he scored four goals.
The Foxes confirmed the deal on deadline day shortly after Denis Praet’s loan switch to Torino was announced.
The Belgian has spent the first three games of the season on the bench after missing a chunk of last year with a hamstring injury.
In his place, Lookman is confident he can adapt quickly to life at the King Power as he is already well connected with the dressing room.
他说: “I know a few of the players here, obviously from playing with them in the England set-up, and it’s a young and exciting group with a lot of power.
“I know James Maddison, Hamza Choudhury and Harvey Barnes.
“I think this is the right environment for me to improve and grow as a player and as a person.
“I still have a lot to improve on. This is the place for me. That’s what I want to be involved in, and I’m just happy to be a part of this project.”
Leicester have already signed Jannik Vestergaard, Ryan Bertrand, Boubakary Soumare and Patson Daka this summer.
