A LOVE Island star has shown off their incredible body transformation after leaving the villa.

Charlie Radnedge appeared on this year’s series of the hit reality show, but sadly didn’t last long or find love in the villa.

The 28-year-old from Londres works in real estate development and has been single for the past three years.

He’s since shown off his impressive body transformation in a social media post.

Charlie poses in the mirror in various mirror selfies with darker hair and shows off his impressive physique, but then in a separate video at the end of the montage he walks into shot to reveal a more chiselled physique.

Charlie can be seen standing poolside for his body transformation debut and holds his arms behind his back as he poses for the camera.

The Love Islander told his legion of fans the transformation had taken him three months, and shared that he’s “feeling lean.”

He penned: “6kg difference. It’s v simple when you know what to do and how to do itmarginal calorie deficit, high protein diet, maintain heavy lifts.”

Charlie’s fans and friends raved over his body snaps, with Love Island co-star Antigoni Buxton escrevendo: “Jheeze.”

Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire commented fire emojis, and a fan penned: “You’re sexy either way.”

Before going into the villa ele disse he wanted to bring a new personality to the hit dating show.

Charlie said: “I am quite a different personality to the guys in there. I’d say I’m quite forward and straight-talking.

I’m also quite a relaxed person as well. I think I’ll bring good vibes to the villa.

He opened up about being single at the time and admitted that he is happy being on his own but is also ready to settle down.

Charlie said: “I’m very happy on my own. I enjoy doing stuff on my own and having my own space. I don’t require someone else to make me feel happy.

If I do get into a relationship I want it to be something that adds to both of our lives, rather than it being something my happiness is dependent on.

I’m probably at the age where the next serious relationship, that’ll be it I reckon, so I want to be sure.”
