Elle a dit: “It was a huge shock and lifestyle change. When you’ve been in that little bubble for so long away from normal life, you have no idea what you’re coming out to.

“Everyone will be different, but I think my best advice would be to take it all in your stride and soak up every minute, it’s not going to last forever, and you will look back on it as a once in a lifetime experience.

“Once leaving the villa it can be hard to get back into a normal routine after being out of it for so long.

“I think the best thing to do is plan your weeks in advance, plan your meals as much as you can, I think the biggest advice to give is to plan everything.

On Instagram you are receiving hate in your comments, generally from people scrutinising your looks and appearance which does get to you.

I’ve learnt to ignore and block but you do have days where it can really get to you.

When I have days like that, I always try to just do something to distract myself, whether that be exercise or meeting friends and find that really brings me back to reality and reminds me that these people and comments are not important.”
