The former Health Secretary tweeted: “Yesterday afternoon I tested positive for Coronavirus. I’ve been isolating at home since then.

Thankfully I feel fine.

Matt Hancock first had coronavirus in April 2020 – and he revealed he lost half a stone while suffering from the virus.

Describing the effects of the disease, he said nearly two years ago: “It is rough, especially when you are on the downhill part of itit’s very worrying because we’ve all seen how serious it can get.
