MATT Hancock’s girlfriend Gina Coladangelo broke down in tears backstage on I’m A Celeb when he was booted out of the jungle.

The former Health Secretary placed third on this year’s ITV show.

During tonight’s instalment of I’m A Celeb: Coming Out, mum-of-three 吉娜, 45, got very emotional when she found out the news.

As she headed to camp in the car to greet Matt, Gina couldn’t contain her emotions.

她说: “I’m so proud of him. I’m so proud of him.”

The pair also had an emotional reunion on the famous bridge.

“I love you so much,” Matt added.

The MP apologised that he was away for so long and Gina replied that it had been awful.

Matt told her: “It’s going to be great from here on in.”

Matt has arguably been one of the most controversial celebrities to take part in the show.

The politician was sacked from his Secretary of State role during the coronavirus pandemic for breaking 冠状病毒 rules with his aide 吉娜·科拉丹吉洛.
