Mon ex m'a accusé de l'avoir violée pour m'empêcher de voir notre fille

CHER DEIDRE: MY ex has falsely accused me of raping her to stop me seeing our daughter.

She says she has video evidence to prove it.

I was also accused of stalking and making malicious calls to her

I was also accused of stalking and making malicious calls to her

The police spoke to her after I reported her allegation. I was then arrested a couple of weeks later because my ex alleged I tried to run her over in my car.

I was also accused of stalking and making malicious calls to her.

None of it is true but I have been served with a non-molestation order.

I answered bail after my arrest and I was cleared with no further action taken on any of the charges.

Je suis 36, my ex is 34 and we are in the middle of breaking up.

Our relationship has been very volatile but the worst part is not being allowed to see my daughter, who is nine.

I haven’t seen her for five months and it is putting a strain on our relationship – or lack of it now.

My ex is doing everything she can to keep us apart.

DEIDRE DIT: If your ex is prepared to go to such extremes to keep you out of your daughter’s life, going through the courts to organise custody is the best way forward.
