ENGLAND fans can buy group stage tickets at the Qatar World Cup for two thirds of the price of Russia 2018.
But seats for the 2022 Wêreldbeker final will cost a MINIMUM of £443 EACH.
Fifa and Qatari organisers have now confirmed prices for the first winter tournament.
Tickets for local fans will start at just £8 a seat, in an attempt to ensure the country’s migrant workers will be able to get in to see games.
International sales prices are set much higher, with seats for the group stage games – excluding the opening match which will feature the hosts – starting at £51, compared to £77 four years ago.
Middle-tier tickets for the group games will cost the same – £121 – as Russia with top-priced seats slightly up, at £161 as opposed to £154 four years ago.
Bottom-priced tickets for the last 16 phase will also be cheaper than the equivalents in Russia, at £70 rather than the £77 charged four years ago, although other seats for those games are £15 – at £151 – and £22 more expensive, with top-priced seats up to £202.
But prices for the later stages show a huge inflation.

Tickets for the last eight range from £151 to £312 – in Russia they were £128 and £268 – with semi-final seats up from a minimum of £209 and maximum of £550 to £262 and £701.
And the three price ranges for the Final in the Lusail Stadium op Desember 18 are at £443, £735 and a staggering £1,178.
In Moscow in 2018 those seats cost £334, £521 and £807 respectively.
Engeland will not discover their group stage opponents or the venues for the games until the April 1 draw in Doha.
Gareth Southgate’s side, wel, are guaranteed to join Qatar as one of the eight seeded sides.
Despite that, England fans can purchase tickets for the initial games played by the Three Lions, with their applications then transferred to the correct matches after the draw is known.
