A series of Instagram photos began with Rice sitting on the wing of a plane as he prepared to jet off to Fife.

And he then went on to detail his experience in Scotland with various shots of him playing alongside some of his friends.

As well as the snaps, Rice also added the caption: “Scotland photo dump.

Egter, Leicester ster James Maddison could not help but poke fun at the Hammers man.

And Maddison replied to the social media post by saying: “All the best in that bunker.

And they then return to Premier League action three days later when they host Watford at the London Stadium.

David Moyesside currently sit fifth in the table, one point behind Man Utd.
