A BABY has been left fighting for her life after being “assaulted” at a nursery, as cops arrest a woman.
The seven-month-old toddler became critically ill at an Oldham nursery.
Greater Manchester Police said the young girl was taken from the nursery to hospital at around 3.45pm on September 21.
Cops said the infant was in a serious but stable condition.
A woman in her 30s was arrested and has since been bailed with strict conditions, according to the police.
They said the child’s parents were being kept updated and were being supported by officers.
