SIMON Cowell has put his London mansion on the market for £17million.
Le music mogul, 62, purchased the six-bedroom property located in the south west for £15million in 2018.
Simon has since then completely transformed the pad and has been able to up the price by £2million.
Some of the renovations include removing ceilings, fireplaces, floors and also removing drywall to allow underneath brickwork to be exposed.
Each bedroom now has an ensuite, a new kitchen has been built and there are five reception rooms to entertain guests in.
There are plenty of things to do to entertained too.

The property also features a playroom and gym.
There has also been planning permission a swimming pool to be installed.
The X Factor boss bought the sprawling property for himself, partner Lauren Silverman, 44, her son Adam, 15, and their son Eric, Sept.
But when they realised the 14-mile commute to Eric’s school could take up to two hours, they decided to remain living in their six-bedroom home in Holland Park.

It was first reported that Simon had put the three-storey 1990s period house on the market de retour en novembre.
It was revealed he was set to make a multi-million pound profit on his home that he had never really lived in.
An insider at the time told the Courrier quotidien: “Simon and Lauren fancied a change. They wanted to get out of central London and go somewhere a little more leafy. They wanted clean air and to make it their long-term family home.
“They spent a lot of time and money on it, but things just didn’t work out, so they have decided to put it on the market and stay put.
“Eric is settled in his school and they didn’t want to move him, so they tried the journey and it was a nightmare.

“There was one particular trip that took more than two hours and it was at that point that the family decided not to go ahead with their plan to move.”
Simon has an estimated net worth of £390million.
