STRANGER Things star Sadie Sink has issued a bleak warning about the upcoming “dark and intense” nouvelle série.
After some worrying snaps were teased to fans – showing Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown, in distress – the young actress has hinted things could get worse for the character.
Sadie, 19, who plays Max Mayfield in the hit Netflix drama since debuting in season two, has told of what fans can expect of the fourth season.
With filming underway on the new episodes, expected to hit screens next year, Sadie said there will be a change of mood from the opening episode.
“It’s definitely a really, really dark season,” she revealed to PA. “Each season the production scale gets bigger and bigger and the stakes are really high.”
She teased further that there “is something” special about the upcoming series, which she described as “really intense”.
Plus tôt ce mois-ci, behind-the-scenes snaps suggested that Eleven could be in trouble this season as a stunt-double dummy was seen being wheeled off.
Pictures from the set show a mannequin in place of the fan favourite, lying on a stretcher and looking worse for wear.
Paramedics wheeled her out of an undisclosed building with an oxygen mask over her face as she appeared to be fighting for life.
It suggests that Millie Bobby Brown‘s alter-ego may be involved in a dangerous situation which may have occurred in another scene of filming.
