A SCHOOLBOY has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 21-year-old man was knifed on a London high street.
Touching tributes have poured in for Petrov Stoyanov, who was stabbed to death at around midnight on Friday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports of the horror attack on November 4.
21-year-old Gabriel was discovered by officers suffering stab injuries, said the force.
He was rushed to hospital for treatment, but tragically succumbed to his injuries the next day.
A murder investigation was launched following the 21-year-old’s death, leading to the arrest of a 14-year-old schoolboy.
Police believe the attack may have been carried out by up to three perpetrators who fled the scene on foot foot.
Detective Chief Inspector Kelly Allen, 来自大都会的犯罪专家指挥部, 说: “Today’s arrest is a positive development, but we know there were up to two further suspects involved.
“Our investigation continues at pace and we have a number of ongoing lines of inquiry to attempt to identify and trace the other individuals.
“I would urge anyone with information which could assist us to come forward.”
Heartbreaking tributes have been paid to Gabriel as “a true gentleman with a heart of gold” following his passing.
One friend wrote on Facebook: “Left the party too soon my friend. I hope you are in a better place.
“Words are not enough, but we will always carry you in our hearts.
“We’ll see each other again I’m sure I’m asking anyone willing to help his family through this ordeal. We love you, Gabriel!”

The murder probe is still ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to call 101, quoting reference CAD 8645/04Nov.
