A MAJOR music venue has been evacuated after police received an anonymous threat against it.
Eventim Apollo told the 3,000 concert attendees to leave when officers informed management and security about the call.
But angry fans wanting to see Iranian singer Dariush in Hammersmith, Wes -Londen, demanded a refund for the evening, which they called “absolute chaos”.
At the same time as the evacuation, protesters had gathered outside the same venue to chant against the Iranian regime.
Footage shows several booing and shouting inside the venue when they were told to leave quickly.
Police outside used a megaphone to tell the huge crowd outside to go home because the performance had been cancelled.
Some of those who wanted to see iconic Iranian singer Dariush’s show shouted “shame on you” at officers.
