Mourners 'queue FOR Queen queue’ 「これまでで最も英国的なもの」で’

MOURNERS are now queuing for a spot in the original Queen’s coffin queue in what has been branded themost British thing ever”.

Thousands were left disappointed today when the government shut down the original queue for Westminster Hall to file past Her Majesty.

The Department for Digital, 文化, メディアとスポーツ (DMCS) warned people to stay away as the queue was closed for at least six hours.

A holding pen was set up as desperate 会葬者 begged security to be let in to the main queue, which has been dubbed theElizabeth Line”.

Security were allowing around 100 people at a time from the holding area into the queue every 15 minutes so they could wait to file past the クイーンズ coffin.

This has led to a snaking line of eager mourners at Southwark Park who are patiently waiting to join the main queue so they can pay their respects.

The whole affair has left social media users baffledwith many jokingly calling the new queue the QEII.

Tens of thousands of people have descended on London hoping to file past the Queen’s coffin as she lies in state.

Officials were forced to pause the line this morning amid warnings it would take 14 hours to reach Westminster Hall.

Among the mourners queuing was デビッド・ベッカム, who just paid his respects to Her Majesty after a 13-hour wait.

The government has released an official queue tracker online to track just how long the line is.

Those in the queue will be given a wristband so they can leave the queue for comfort breaks and then return.

Further details on the plans were released yesterdaywith the sombre occasion starting at 11am in Westminster Abbey.
