The Sun exclusively revealed the beauty was in talks to appear in the hottest show of the summer Isola dell'amore.
The 19-year-old, who has her own swimwear range, looked toned and tanned in the flirty two-piece as she glammed up on Instagram.
She looked chic in the khaki number that had straps around the middle to highlight her slim tum and tiny waist.
Gemma threw a robe over her swimwear as she enjoyed a glass of rose wine.
The star looked glam with her long dark locks softly curled and left to tumble over her shoulders.
