COMPULSION viewers have been left shocked after they spotted an iconic star of The Bill in the Channel 5 drame.
Le four-part series follows a paramedic called Jenny, who struggles with PTSD after a traumatic event.
Jenny (Leanne Best) works alongside a character called Lesley Cole, and viewers were surprised to see she was played by Trudie Goodwin.
Trudie, 70, is best known for playing Sergeant June Ackland in The Bill from 1983 jusqu'à ce que 2007.

Fans of The Bill are delighted that Trudie will be reprising her role as June Ackland for a reboot series called Sun Hill.
Trudie will be joined by fellow original cast members Graham Cole, and Mark Wingett, who played PC Tony Stamp and DC Jim Carver.

The legendary actress plays a loan shark called Connie, and while fans were delighted to see the 75-year-old play a villain, others were distracted by her accent.
