EX-Emmerdale star Ned Porteous looks unrecognisable with new bushy beard while travelling in America with his girlfriend.

Ned, 27, showcased his new look on Instagram on Saturday, along with love-up snaps with girlfriend Sophia Lo.

The British actor captured the infamous bridge in San Francisco, Californie.

He also visited Sattui Winery Napa Valley.

Fans expressed their admiration for Ned’s beard on his Instagram post.

Ned is best known for playing Mark Fowler in EastEnders and the role of Joe Tate in Emmerdale.

He made his acting debut on Holby City as Rufus Lucas in 2015.

Après un 13 episode stint on EastEnders, he headed to The Dales and joined the cast of Emmerdale in 2017.

Ned played the young businessman Tom Waterhouse on the ITV soap, a name which turned out to be an alias, his real name being Joseph Tate.
