FURIOUS fans of Married At First Sight have called for the show’s experts to be sacked following an alleged ‘abuse’ allegation against contestant George Roberts.
Gli spettatori di E4 show took to Twitter to call for the experts to be dismissed after themselves and show bosses appeared to not take into account George’s alleged past behaviour.
It comes as it was revealed last night that the Met Police had arrested the 40-year old financial adviser over an allegation of harassment and coercive control.
George married dress designer April Banbury after being paired up on the show by the three experts – Paul C. Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas.
The couple have had a rocky ride to romance on the show with George continually highlighting his trust issues with April after he claimed to have been ‘hurt’ by relationships in the past.
But after The Sun exclusively revealed three of George’s past girlfriends had informed the police and the makers of the show about their previous dealings with George, many fans have been left fuming that the relationship experts appeared to ignore the controversy.

Financial adviser Mr Roberts, a dad of four, denies any wrongdoing.
The Met Police said: “A 40-year-old man was arrested in Worcestershire on Thursday, settembre 29, on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour.
“He was taken to a police station and bailed pending further enquiries.”
The decision by show bosses to continue with the pre-recorded show, which airs every weeknight, raised eyebrows with the women involved.
They include April Banbury, 33, the former Ms Great Britain he was married to on the show in a non-legally binding ceremony.
A source close to her told The Sun: “April is having a very difficult time at the moment. She doesn’t want to ever see him again.”
Canale 4 did not comment.
