LOOSE Women’s Linda Robson has hinted a Birds Of A Feather reunion WILL happen – denying feud with ex BFF Pauline Quirke.
The TV legend has rubbished rumours of a rift with her co-star Pauline Quirke and insisted it wasn’t why the show ended.
Speaking to The Sun at the Clifford The Big Dog premiere on Sunday, リンダ gave fans hope they could get back together.
When asked if there could be a reunion, maybe even a Christmas one, 彼女は言いました: “That would be lovely. “
The show was rebooted by ITV in 2014 before finally facing the chop in May of this year.
It was originally reported Pauline and リンダ fell out, につながる “real and tense issues” behind-the-scenes.
This allegedly led to Pauline dropping out of the 2019 festive episode.
しかしながら, Linda appeared to rubbish rumours of a rift last July- insisting the pair are still pals.
Speaking to hosts Kate Garraway and Adil Ray on Good Morning Britain, 彼女は言いました: “We haven’t had a falling out, Pauline don’t wanna act any more, she wants to concentrate on her academy.
“You’ve got to respect her wishes. We did the Christmas special, they asked us if we’d like to do it and we said yes.”
Linda also said she wouldn’t want to do the show on her own, 追加する: “I’m not sure if I’d be able to do it on my own.
“Lesley looks amazing. 彼女は 73 now and she looks the same as she did all those years ago.”
It was thought the rumoured fall-outs meant Pauline was left out of last year’s Christmas special, and her character was written out as being “stuck on a Covid cruise”.
Linda made it clear Pauline could have taken part in the highly anticipated Christmas special last year – but she didn’t want to.
Linda told Express that the cast and audiences have to “尊敬” Pauline’s “選択” and said it was her former co-star’s decision to “focus on her academies”.
彼女は説明した: “Obviously people miss Pauline, but we have to respect that it was her choice not to do it anymore.
