LYDIA Bright has filmed herself enjoying a relaxing spa day during a weekend away in Wales.

The reality TV star shared the clip on her Instagram page, much to the delight of her 1.2million followers.

In the short video, Lydia can be seen stepping up from a sun-lounger, before walking on her tiptoes over to the nearby pool, pausing on the steps to look back at the camera.

West End star Denise Van Outen and reality personality Charlotte Dawson were among Lydia’s celebrity pals to comment on the social media post.

Earlier in the weekend, Lydia revealed that she was in Cardiff as part of her birthday celebrations, although she is already missing her daughter Loretta.

She told fans: “I may have shed a few tears leaving Loretta and missing her like crazy.

“It’s the longest we have ever been apart. But as per Georgia is making sure we laugh so hard that we can’t breathe. Oh and it’s been absolutely wonderful to have a meal without stickers all over my face and to sleep without being punched in the face at 1am.”
