AT least four people have been injured in a horrific attack at a California park that saw gunfire reported at a car show.

The attack occurred at Peck Park in San Pedro on Sunday around 4pm, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The fire department said the circumstances, total number of patients and precise nature of their injuries has yet to be confirmed.

But the agency said the injuries were “possibly related” to the gunfire that was heard at or near the car show that was taking place in the park.

An LAPD officer told KTLA there was a shooting confirmed at the park, but said the status of the victims was unknown.
