ONE of PC Andrew Harper’s killers has been caught boozing inside a top- security jail.
Henry Long, 20, has admitted downing homemade hooch at HMP Woodhill, near Milton Keynes, Bucks.
A source said: “You’d expect the killer of a policeman to live a spartan existence in jail.
“Instead he’s drinking alcohol like he was on a night down the pub. It’s an outrage.”
Long was later transferred to another Category A prison, Long Lartin, near Evesham, Worcs.
But that was said to be part of a standard prison move and not connected to his drinking.
