A “HORNY” female prison guard was in a secret relationship with wife-killer before he took his own life behind bars, 裁判所は聞いた.

Sarah Lorking, 36, fell for Bulent Sessacar who was jailed for the 2012 stabbing of his wife Rebecca in Croydon, サウスロンドン.

Sessacar, who had borderline personality disorder, had struck Rebecca 58 times in front of their six-year-old daughter.

He was serving a life sentence with a minimum term of 10 years and eight months.

Leicester Crown Court heard that the pair were planning a life together when he was released next year.

Prison officers at HMP Gartree in Leicestershire, were tipped off about the affair.

Sessacar, また 36, was transferred to HMP Woodhill at Milton Keynes where he committed suicide on January 21st last year.

He had been described as a “dangerous man” by the sentencing judge at the Old Bailey in February 2014.

Items found in a search of Sessacar’s cell included a Moon pig Christmas card with a mistletoe image and writing saying –”one day “ with an x.

Another card bore a heart and a reference to them being together on his release and an anonymous letter referred to the sender being “horny “ with him.

Paul Prior, prosecuting at Leicester Crown Court, said Lorking was living with a fellow officer who she was in relationship with at the time she struck up her relationship with Sessacar.

Lorking’s ex-partner gave a statement saying she had admitted to him she loved Sessacar.

Mr Prior said: “They’d made plans to live together after his release in 2023.

“Mr Sessacar formed a bond with the defendant, which was torn away when they were discovered, and he suffered in respect of that.

“There’s no suggestion her attention was unwelcome. It’s not suggested he pursued her for nefarious purposes, such as bringing in drugs or mobile phones.”

Michael Garvey, mitigating, 前記: “She was in close contact, as his key worker, when her relationship at home wasn’t a good one.

“She allowed herself to lose sight of her professional obligations and overstepped the mark to send those cards and talk to him in the way we can see on the exhibits (cards and letter) produced in court.

“There are many people and her family who support her and view her in a positive light.”

‘WITHIN INCHES’ OF JAIL

Recorder Adrian Reynolds said she had come “within inches of going inside.”

“You were in a powerful position, of a man with mental health difficulties. You abused your authority and employment and that troubles me considerably.”

After a pause, Recorder Reynolds continued: “上手, I am going to suspend the sentence.”

Recorder Reynolds said: “Don’t be under any illusions, you’ve come within inches of going inside. You need to grow up, you cannot play with people’s emotions. I don’t think you really appreciate how serious your behaviour was.”

Lorking admitted misconduct in a public office and was given an 18 month jail sentence suspended for 2 年と 27 days rehabilitation activity.
