A YOUNG boy was among two people who died from drowning in the same bay.
The victims were found dead just hours apart in the Chesapeake Bay at Virginia Beach on July 3, 2022.
Zamari Wilson, 12, was last seen with his family at around 10am local time before he went missing, ABC News segnalato.
The Washington DC native was found in the water around three hours later before being pronounced dead.
Melissa Johnston, a member of the Virginia Beach Police Department, said Wilson went missing in a resort area.
Wilson’s friends revealed he had opened a business before his 12th birthday, secondo a GoFundMe pagina.

In a heartbreaking Facebook post, his mom, Brenda Eason, described the youngster as a “king in the making.”
Cops also found the body of a 44-year-old man around a mile from where Wilson was located.
Police rushed to the scene after receiving a call from his girlfriend and a swimmer who saw his body go under the water.
Johnston told ABC News that the drowning events were “uncommon.”

She said it was “pazzo” that there were two drowning incidents just one mile apart.

The victims were identified as Raven, Sawyer, and Mason Powell.
The siblings’ cousin, Hannah Redfern, detto WRDW: “They were our world. They mean everything to us.”
Redfern added: “There are no words to describe it other than horrible.
“It’s crazy how it happened within a blink of an eye.”

E, Malachi Bell, 12, SEBASTIANO Eubank accidental drowning while two kids, 15 e 13, were left in critical condition after swimming in Lake Stevens, Washington.
Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue’s Peter Mongillo said divers pulled two of the victims from the water and started performing CPR, il Seattle Times rapporti.
Bell was found swimming in an area that was around 10 feet deep.
He was pronounced dead after arriving at the Providence Medical Center.
Mongillo said that none of the victims were wearing a life jacket.
