FOOTBALL fans are increasingly using smartphones to stream sports on the go rather than watching on the TV.

A poll by 2000 sports enthusiasts suggests that 37 per cent prefers watching sports events on the smartphone.

While almost 11 per cent confirmed that the amount of time on the screen is ‘significantly’ meer as 12 maande gelede.

Out of 10, 4 of the fans (43 persent) have switched to streaming games on the go, terwyl 45 per cent only prefers that the main TV at home isn’t available.

Sky Mobile has commissioned and researched that the most-watched sporting events this summer are Women’s Euros (36 persent) and Commonwealth Games (29 persent).

Terwyl 66 per cent are in favour of their home nations winning in the season’s sporting events whereas one in four expect to see the Lionesses triumph at the Euros.
