LAUREN Goodger has given fans a look at her healthy meal swaps after vowing to feel ‘sexy’ novamente.
O 36 anos former Towie star is working hard on her diet and exercise regime after a year that has seen her overcome tragedy.
Taking to her instagram, the mum of one year-old Larose showed herself rustling up various dishes.
The first was a baked sweet potato, which is lower on the glycaemic index than a regular potato, which she topped with low fat tuna mayo.
As a healthy side, she added some rocket leaves.
Another video showed Lauren rustling up a fish supper featuring salmon, peas and coconut milk.
She then added pasta to the dish, showing she isn’t ditching carbs but eating everything in moderation.
Lotan paid tribute to how hard Lauren is working on his own social media.
Sharing a snap of him training the reality star in the park, Lotan captioned the snap: “I’m not sure where to begin with this wonderful human.

“My journey with Lauren has begun, and I can categorically say I’ve never known so much strength. She desires nothing more than to live a happier, healthier life for herself and her little girl.
“Her outlook is truly inspiring, she’s just a ‘normal girl’ (her words, not sure I agree) with a huge smile and bubbly personality.”
Lauren recently spoke out about her desire to feel sexy again and get rid of her breast implants.
She revealed to new! revista: “I want to get a bit slimmer and then I’ll get my implants out. I’m over big boobs and big bums now. I’m so over that look.
“I want to look sexy – I’m single!”
Lauren has been through a devastating time in the last year after losing her second child Lorena moments after giving birth.
The newborn was born with her umbilical cord around her neck.
She admits that she struggled to eat in the wake of the tragedy as she was battling grief but is now working with a personal trainer in a bid to look after herself.
The star says she is now eating “smaller portions”, cooking from scratch and doing body weight training.
Lauren says this involves “lots of squats, lifting balls, stretches and then boxing.”

The added benefit has been a boost to her mental health.
“I’m a warrior and I always have been my whole life,” Lauren added. “I’m a survivor – and I want to be strong for Larose.”
