PRISON inmates are mixing canned tomatoes and hand sanitiser to brew their own super-strength booze.
The jailhouse Bloody Mary drinks are causing the legless lags to become violent, a report says.
Cons are able to buy ingredients from a canteen list at Rochester prison in كينت.
But they then add alcohol-based sanitiser to make their version of the cocktail — typically garnished with a stick of celery in far posher establishments.
A report by jail monitors reveals: “The rise in fermenting liquid (‘hooch’) being brewed at the prison continues, with an average of 10 finds per month, and each find is of a significant quantity.
“It is relatively easy to brew, and more recently a mix of distilled canned tomatoes and hand sanitiser has been found.
“The effects of hooch can be very disruptive, with drunken prisoners becoming violent.
“Fermenting liquid search dogs continued to be particularly successful in locating hooch during the reporting year.”
The report also says drugs and mobile phones are being thrown over the walls for inmates — and even flown in by drone.
The jail has begun scanning mail to cons to make sure it is not impregnated with drugs like mind-altering التوابل.

The report says: “To limit the amount of drug-impregnated paper coming into the prison, all personal incoming mail is now photocopied before it reaches the prisoner.”
Inmates coming and going from the prison are also scanned for drugs.
